Revive Electrical Transformers  (Pty)  Ltd is one  of the  largest  manufactures of distribution transformers  in  Africa, with customers such as Eskom and  Botswana Power Computation.

Revive selected Afrisoft Africa to implement TransLution™ Software to assist them with their business processes. As phase one of the project, Afrisoft has used TransLution™ to automate and improve both the GRV Receiving and Warehouse transfers for Pastel.

The project has implemented labelling of incoming raw materials as a part of the manufacture process. As incoming purchase orders are received the goods are labelled and scanned, and using this information, the Pastel GRV (Goods Received Voucher) is updated.

Additionally, as items are scanned and moved between any two of the Revive warehouses, these transfers are updated to Pastel as Warehouse Issues.

Phase Two of the TransLution™ implementation will involve streamlining Job Tracking for Revive.
